APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

BY AGREEING TO USE THE DAYLUSION.COM WEBSITE/PORTAL AND/OR INITIATING A REQUEST FOR PURCHASE OF PRODUCT(S) ON THE PORTAL, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS POLICY WITHOUT MODIFICATION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS POLICY, YOU ARE ADVISED NOT TO TRANSACT ON DAYLUSION.COM.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE MAY FROM TIME TO TIME CHANGE THE TERMS OF THE POLICY THAT GOVERN YOUR RETURN, REFUND OR CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER FOR PRODUCTS ON DAYLUSION.COM. EVERY TIME YOU WISH TO USE THE PORTAL, PLEASE CHECK THE POLICY TO ENSURE YOU UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT APPLY AT THAT TIME.

 

 

MAIN POINTS:

  • India delivery timeline is 4-10 Days.
  • International delivery timeline is 7-20 days.
  • A non-refundable charge of Rs. 100 will be applied on all Cash-on-Delivery orders.
  • Cash-on-Delivery orders are only shipped after a customer authentication call.
  • All Refunds on Cash-on-Delivery orders will be processed only after Quality checks and deducting the non-refundable charges of Rs.100 and any other deductions as necessary.
  • Refund payouts may be done using gift cards depending on current restrictions as per RBI rules. 
  • All return, refund, exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery. 
  • All refunds will be initiated from our side within 2-7 days once we have received the items and they have passed quality checks.

  • WE ADVICE ALL CUSTOMERS TO FILM A VIDEO OF THE UNBOXING IN ORDER TO ENSURE A SMOOTH, TRUSTWORTHY AND SEAMLESS PROCESS DURING RETURNS/EXCHANGES.
  • IF YOU RECEIVE THE PRODUCT FROM THE LOGISTICS PARTNER IN A DAMAGED PACKAGING CONDITION, PLEASE MENTION IT WHILE SIGNING AND ONLY OPEN THE PRODUCT WITH A LIVE UNBOXING VIDEO AND ADDITIONAL PHOTOS IF DAMAGE FOUND.

  1. WE OFFER EXCHANGES & RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. ONCE YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN QUERY HAS BEEN ACCEPTED BY OUR TEAM, A NOTIFICATION WILL BE SENT TO YOUR REGISTERED EMAIL AND YOUR ORDER WILL BE PICKED UP BY OUR LOGISTICS PARTNER. 
  2. WE OFFER A FULL 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ON ANY UNSATISFACTORY PURCHASE AS LONG AS IT FITS OUR RETURN CONDITIONS. YOUR REFUND WILL BE COMPLETED VIA AN APPROPRIATE PAYMENT METHOD OF OUR CHOICE, AND AFTER ANY DEDUCTIONS IF ANY.
  3. PICK-UP WILL BE ATTEMPTED 1-3 TIMES DEPENDING ON THE COURIER SERVICE. IF THE COURIER PARTNER IS UNABLE TO PICK UP THE SHIPMENT, YOU WILL HAVE TO SEND THE SHIPMENT BACK TO THE ADDRESS OUR OUR CHOICE. REVERSE PICK-UP IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE IN YOUR AREA PINCODE.
  4. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED AT THE WAREHOUSE, IT WILL GO THROUGH A QUALITY CHECK AND ONCE APPROVED, YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN QUERY WILL BE PROCESSED FURTHER.
  5. ESTIMATED DELIVERY OF ALL EXCHANGE QUERIES FALL BETWEEN 7-14 WORKING DAYS.
  6. IF AN EXCHANGE IN SIZE CANNOT BE FULFILLED DUE TO AVAILABILITY OF STOCK, WE WILL MAKE SURE TO HAVE THIS EXCHANGED FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT OR YOU WILL BE ISSUED A REFUND. 
  7. FOR ALL RETURN ORDERS, REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED VIA DIGITAL PAYMENT USING EITHER THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD USED OR VIA BANK/UPI OR VIA GIFT CARD.
  8. PLEASE RETURN YOUR PRODUCT(S) IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS SHIPPED. IF THE PRODUCTS ARE RETURNED IN POOR CONDITION OR HAVE CLEARLY BEEN WORN, WE WON’T PROCEED FORWARD WITH THE QUERY.
  9. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS ARE ONLY PERMITTED UNTIL BEFORE THE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED. 



FOR CUSTOMERS IN EU

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


 

EXCHANGE/RETURN OF PRODUCTS:

 

YOU MAY INITIATE THE REQUEST OF AN EXCHANGE/RETURN OF A PRODUCT IF:

(I) PRODUCT DOES NOT FIT;

(B) PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE; 

(C) BOTH THE PRODUCT AND SHIPPING PACKAGE HAVE BEEN DAMAGED;

(D) PRODUCT IS UNSATISFACTORY 


YOU CAN EXCHANGE/RETURN THE PRODUCT(S), PURCHASED FROM US PROVIDED THE PRODUCT(S) SATISFY BELOW MANDATORY CONDITIONS:

  • THE PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN WORN, CLEANED OR TAMPERED WITH BY YOU.
  • THE BRAND TAGS, ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIAL, ACCOMPANYING ACCESSORIES  IF ANY ARE INTACT AND NOT ALTERED, DAMAGED OR DISCARDED BY YOU.
  • THE PRODUCT IS NOT ALTERED, UNLESS PROVEN VENDOR DEFECT FOR WHICH THERE MUST BE ACCOMPANYING EVIDENCE OF PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO WHILE UNBOXING.
  • RETURN IS BEING INITIATED AGAINST THE ORDER UNDER WHICH IT WAS BOUGHT AND THE PRODUCT MATCHES OUR RECORDS.
  • THERE IS NO FOUL ODOUR, PERFUME, STAINS, DENTS, SCRATCHES, TEARS OR DAMAGE ON THE PRODUCT.
  • PRODUCTS RETURNED SHOULD BE IN UNUSED, UNDAMAGED, UNWASHED AND IN A SELLABLE CONDITION.
  • WE ARE SATISFIED THAT THE PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN RENDERED DEFECTIVE OR UNUSABLE.
  • RETURN OF PURCHASED PRODUCTS ARE FACILITATED THROUGH OUR REVERSE-LOGISTICS PARTNERS. ON RECEIPT OF REQUEST FOR RETURN OF PRODUCT ON DAYLUSION.COM AND THE SAME BEING DULY ACKNOWLEDGED BY US, OUR REVERSE-LOGISTICS PARTNERS MAY GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU IN ORDER TO COLLECT THE PURCHASED PRODUCTS FROM YOU.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT THE EXCHANGE/RETURN REQUEST FOR A PRODUCT IF IT DOES NOT SATISFY THE AFOREMENTIONED CONDITIONS.
